Kodachrome of the day - Man selling slides in Europe


I love this Kodachrome because this photo captures something that probably doesn't exist anymore. A street vendor selling slides. 
These sets contained professionally photographed pictures of all the famous places you would be most likely to visit on your vacation. The picture below is a set that the vendor most likely had for sale.


Some of the photos in this set included these gems.






Check out these amateur kodachromes of Rome. I think these are better than the professional ones.

From a vintage Sears catalogue   This is just a vintage book page with a rubber stamp. This technique looks great in a frame all on its own.
